Our advantage: complex shapes and complex co-extrusion — we can directly extrude ABS profiles without any lines on the surface. We design tooling in-house, match custom colors to your specification, and add value with notching, punching, drilling, cutting, welding, printing and labeling.
Advanced Engineering Resins
We run most common thermoplastics — ABS, PC, PMMA, flexible & rigid PVC, HDPE, PP, POM, PPE(PPO), TPE, TPV, TPR — plus engineering alloys and difficult elastomers such as acetal, Santoprene, nylon and glass-filled ABS.
Wide Size Ranges
Single-screw units from 3/4″ to 2 1/2″ let us extrude profiles from 1/16″ up to 5″ pipe or 10″ profile, at virtually unlimited length. Chances are, we can do the size you need.
Secondary Operations
Drilling, punching, milling, sawing, printing, tape application and sub-assembly — your part arrives ready to install, saving time and cost in your manufacturing process.
