Insulating Sheets for Data Center Busbars

Through innovative mold design and improved extruder configuration, we have successfully extruded insulating sheets for data center busbars using PBT+15%GF, PBT+30%GF and LCP+30%GF materials, and achieved stable mass production. These insulating sheets are used in busbars within Meta and Google data centers, serving as insulating supports between two copper bars. These selected materials feature excellent insulation performance and are halogen‑free with V0 flame retardancy.

Among them, PBT+15%GF and PBT+30%GF achieve an RTI of 130°C, while LCP+30%GF delivers an outstanding RTI of up to 240°C.
